INSTRUCTIONS The following case study, “Early Detection and Treatment of Prostate Cancer” is accompanied by a continuing medical education (CME) evaluation that consists of 5 multiple-choice questions. After reading the case study, carefully consider each of the questions in the CME evaluation on page 67. Then, circle your selected answer to each question on the CME evaluation form on page 68. In order to receive CME credit, at least 3 of the 5 questions must be answered correctly. The estimated time for this CME activity is 1 hour.
